I’m Aurélien De Dapper
I’m Aurélien, a video creator and cinematographer based in Toulouse, working across Occitanie and beyond—whether it’s Bordeaux, Marseille, Paris, or further afield. My work has taken me across Japan, where I spent eight years exploring Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and beyond, as well as filming in New Zealand, the Philippines, Tibet, Hong Kong, New York, and Europe. Every project is an adventure, and I love capturing the essence of a place, a moment, or a story.
Director of Photography
You already have a video production team, but you need someone behind the camera? I am an experienced cameraman, to work in synergy with your director, gaffer, to help create a vision for your project.
Director
I can be a one man band behind the camera, directing scenes. I can also direct a crew for a bigger scale shooting. Under covid19, I have also worked closely with remote directors, to reproduce the vision they had in mind.
Producer
I can be the link between you and a local crew. Speaking both French and English, you don’t need to contact a big production company (with higher cost), I can build a dream team for your project and take care of all the pre production and production sides.
Drone Operator
I have a professional drone licence. I am able to get any kind of shots in any king of locations. City, country side, building... It can be from wide lanscape to more dynamic shot, including people, cars, boats...
Documentaries/Interviews
I have a load of experience setting up interviews. It can be done during events or for your documentary. I am very competent to set up good lighting and audio for interview shoots.
I love making beautiful images. I found my passion when I was little, using my parent’s film camera, watching Spielberg movies and dreaming of being behind a viewfinder. It always pushed me to learn the most, and make a progress fast.
I have experiences working with known brands such as Maserati, Hilton, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Heineken, Reebok, Lacoste, Avaaz, Abarth, Fiat, BRP, and many more. I worked as a cinematographer for a documentary called "Freetodive", which was about an amazing journey underwater.
I offer you a filmmaking service from pre-production (planning, shooting plan, location hunting), production (director / DOP) to post-production. My services vary from branded contents, event promotions, interviews, conferences, short documentaries, web contents for SNS. Depending on the contents and your needs, I can customise a suitable creating team from my connections with videographers, gaffers, sound engineer and editors.
I'm experienced with multiple equipments; Sony, Blackmagic, Panasonic, Canon, RED, DJI and others. Since I'm a licensed professional drone operator as well, I can provide some aerial footages if needed. I can find the best equipment option according to your need.
